We had challenging move-in time window, and they worked with us to stage our belongings. We unfortunately had a bad run of luck with appliances and plumbing initially, but they moved quickly to get resolved...with higher end appliances than expected. They have been friendly and responsive overall.

I have rented from JLS property for 7 yrs.... There service there communication is a 10 plus...They call u back always with in hrs and asking u what can they help u with....My refrigerator was not cooling the best, JLS property instead of waiting till it didn't work no more, I had a knew in a few days....... Brand Knew Also and my washer dryer was giving me a few problems and they had brand knew ones del the next day....... I have rented places before and by far they are the best, that's why I have been here this long... I am happy renter and they wonderful to ever body and they do anything to keep renters happy..... Be respectful to them and they do anything to keep renters happy.... Thank U
