The first step is to click on the "I Want to Rent" tab above and select "Rental Application".
YES, everyone is required to have renters insurance. We believe in the need for renters insurance so much, that we now mandate all new tenants obtain renters insurance prior to renting. This is the best way, you as a tenant, can protect yourselves and your belongings. Even if you don't rent with us, we encourage you to get renters insurance no matter where you choose to live. We believe the benefits far outweigh any premiums paid.
You can login to your Tenants Portal and submit a service issue, this will directly put the service issue on your account. You will also be able to track the issue and status.
As a secondary option, you can also click on "Current Tenants" and then "Maintenance Request", this will submit an email for service.
-View and pay your bills anytime, anywhere!

Go to the "I want to Rent" tab above and click on "Rental Requirements." This will outline our standard rental requirements.
Each property is different, but most of our properties do allow pets with the owner's approval.
Rent is always due on the 1st day of the month. Any payment received after that is considered late. Late payment fees will be applied according to the terms of your lease.
This is determined on a property by property basis. If the home does accept Section 8, we will clearly list it in the postings, as we know many people rely on Section 8 for their housing needs.
Within 21 days of the end of your lease, note any required repairs or maintenance not caused by normal wear and tear, general cleaning, and carpet cleaning will be deducted from your damage deposit. If you have any questions about your damage deposit or charges on your account, we ask that you reach out to us to discuss. We are more than happy to talk you through your statement and next steps.
